This song is about Joe Methany, who raped and various choked or axe-murdered a bunch of homeless drug addicts (he called them crack whores) while looking for information about his homeless drug addict wife and her new homeless drug addict boyfriend. He also beat an eye witness to death with a pipe.

He disposed of the bodies well enough that he got out of prison, at which point he continued raping and murdering homeless drug addicts (crack whores), just because. To dispose of the bodies, he opened a sandwich stand and mixed their remains in with the pulled pork. Eventually, a victim got away and ratted on him. He surrendered to police and died in prison just a few years ago.
