This song is about Albert Fish, one of the most fucked up people ever to breath air. I learned about him in a High School Criminal Justice Class, when someone did a report on him. When he was arrested, in his house, they found a literal bag of dicks - severed ones - taken from kids. SUPER FUCKED UP GUY.

Anyway, he was given the electric chair. Among his many fetishes was piquerism - inserting needles into flesh. He would do it to himself and others. One of the stories that circulated following his execution was that he had needles inserted into the flesh around his crotch and stomach which heated up, causing his flesh to burst into flames when he was electrocuted. The song is about that.
