This song is some semi-scientific things that I heard years ago and probably conflated with other stuff. The sample is from Slither and, with the addition of the sample, this is my favorite some of the record. It's been a while since we've gotten one of these, but some of the riffs are recycled, unused Doomsday Machine Schematic riffs. The original title was Ten-Armed Embrace, which is not super threatening and only a little weird, and most people thing 8 arms, not 10, or a squid or octopus... it was not a good name

It's about being raped by a giant squid. Squids and octopus reproduce with spermatafores, which are little worms filled with DNA. Some octopus males gift their spermatafores to the female, who carries them around until the time is right, then she lays and fertilizes the eggs of her own accord and lovingly guards them for years while they hatch.

At the other end of the spectrum, some giant squid males have a hooked bone torpedo that gores the female and injects the DNA into her and the spermatafores bore out through her her skin to fertilize the eggs when she lays them. Guess which one the song refers to.
